Next Steps: Once your order is received, we’ll be in touch within 2 business days to confirm your shipping address and additional forms for completion.

Shipping & Timing: Your kit ships within 3-5 business days of purchase. Most results are available 2-3 weeks after the lab receives your sample.

Use Your Kit Promptly: Please complete and return your sample within 30 days of purchase. These tests do not require a blood draw; however there is a finger prick. Everything you need will be included in the test kit that is mailed to you.

Shipping Regulations: Kits cannot be shipped to or processed for New York residents. Please contact support@erinparekh.com. Additionally, test kits are not available outside the U.S and cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

Eligibility: If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have been treated for cancer or another serious health condition within the past year, please email support@erinparekh.com before purchasing.

Delivery of Results: You’ll receive a secure message from our HIPAA compliant portal with your results PDF, personalized video review, and a link to book your 15-minute Q&A Call with Erin.
