Nourish to Thrive®️ is the framework I use to guide sustainable, meaningful change — without turning your health into a full-time job.
We move through four phases:
Reset: clear the noise and build the floor — blood sugar, meal timing, hydration, sleep, supplement clean slate.
Replenish: fill what's depleted — protein precision, targeted nutrients, and the movement habits your body needs right now.
Recalibrate: read how your body is responding and adjust — labs, hormones, digestion, energy, body composition.

Erin Parekh (MS, CNS, LDN) is a Clinical & Functional Medicine Nutritionist and Women’s Health Strategist specializing in hormones, metabolism, and digestive health.
Her work blends evidence-based nutrition, functional lab testing, and strategic lifestyle design to help women feel clear, strong, and fully themselves again — without extremes or guesswork.
She holds a Master of Science in Clinical Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport and is Board Certified as a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS). Erin also holds certifications from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Nutritious Life Studio, and the Funk'tional Nutrition Academy, along with an MA from NYU and a BA from DePauw University.
Erin lives in Palm Beach County, FL with her husband and daughter and consults with clients virtually across the U.S.
