This program may not be for you if you’re looking for a weight loss only approach, are not willing/ready to invest in labs or supplements, or aren’t ready to put in the work to change not only your nutrition, but also lifestyle.

Most clients work with us for 4-6 months.
Some clients are good to go and graduate after the program, while others move into one of our maintenance packages.
Note: We do offer a 6-week program for women looking for less labs and more lifestyle + nutrition coaching.

GLP-1 medications can impact appetite, digestion, and nutrient absorption, which is why it’s even more important to ensure your body is getting the right nutrients and support. Together, we’ll focus on optimizing your nutrition, balancing your hormones, and maintaining muscle mass to ensure you’re thriving—not just losing weight.

Based on individual goals, additional results may look like — painless periods, improved cholesterol markers, better digestion, getting pregnant (!), or losing the weight gained from hormonal imbalances and life stressors.

I work with your PCP to order a basic lab panel with a few extras to assess your baseline.
From there, I may suggest we add on functional tests to look at your GI health, nutrient levels, or hormone balance.
That all being said, what we focus on most is the person behind the labs. You’re so much more than a set of data points. We use functional and conventional lab tests as a tool to accelerate results.
You receive a $500 lab credit upon program enrollment to use towards the cost of any suggested labs, which range between $350-$500 each.

Yes and no. I don’t believe in providing a set meal plan for you to follow for breakfast, lunch, and dinner because it can feel restricting and overwhelming. But I know you need guidance, which is why I provide a loose framework and recipes so you know what to fuel your body with throughout the day without feeling like you have to eat within the confines of a set meal plan or measure out ingredients.
