  • My clients report feeling lighter, brighter, significantly less bloated, and have more energy after working with me. The have that pep in their step inner glow thing going on — which is everything.

    Based on individual goals, additional results may look like — painless periods, improved cholesterol markers, better digestion, getting pregnant (!), or losing the weight gained from hormonal imbalances and life stressors.

  • I work with your PCP to order a basic lab panel with a few extras to assess your baseline.

    From there, I may suggest we add on functional tests to look at your GI health, nutrient levels, or hormone balance.

    That all being said, what we focus on most is the person behind the labs. You’re so much more than a set of data points. We use functional and conventional lab tests as a tool to accelerate results.

    You receive a $500 lab credit upon program enrollment to use towards the cost of any suggested labs, which range between $350-$500 each.

  • On average, initial labs cost anywhere from $350-$900 with supplements ranging between $100-$300 monthly.

    You receive a $500 lab credit to apply toward the cost of labs and a 15% discount on supplements.

  • Oh yes - this is EXACTLY what this program is for. I specialize in women’s hormone health and optimizing nutrition to support its delicate balance so you can regulate cycles and transition through perimenopause & menopause with ease.

  • 100% One of the reasons I developed this program and am so passionate about women’s health is because of my own journey through conception, pregnancy, and postpartum.

    My speciality is personalized nutrition so your program will be fully customized to suit your body’s unique needs during this life stage.

  • Yes and no. I don’t believe in providing a set meal plan for you to follow for breakfast, lunch, and dinner because it can feel restricting and overwhelming. But I know you need guidance, which is why I provide a loose framework and recipes so you know what to fuel your body with throughout the day without feeling like you have to eat within the confines of a set meal plan or measure out ingredients.

  • I’m obligated to follow individual state laws and regulations with regard to nutritional advice. Based on where you’re located, my program options and what’s included in your package may vary slightly - specifically with regard to supplement recommendations and lab testing.
