I’m Erin Parekh, Clinical Nutritionist and Women’s Health Specialist

First, please know this:

I 1000% get what you’re going through because I’ve been there too – desperately wanting to get to the root of my health issues, trying every diet that came my way, and never being fully happy with my body. 

And I dealt with so many challenges that women face today - disordered eating, irregular periods, adrenal dysfunction, gut imbalances, fertility issues that led me through several rounds of IVF, and postpartum auto-immmue thyroiditis.

But these experiences  not only led me to awaken to a powerful truth: the right nutrition can change your life.

Yet, there were so many gaps in the care I received and so little focus on using food as medicine to heal our body, mind, and soul. This lit a fire in me to do something about that and educate and support women so they feel fully at home in their bodies.

So, I decided to change careers, go back to school, and obtain my master’s degree in clinical nutrition. So that I can guide you on your own health transformation.

To hold you accountable to your goals and think big picture while also digging into the nitty gritty of your labs and nutrient deficiencies and what the best snacks are for a weekend soccer tournament.

This is when we take an in-depth look under the hood into all areas of your life, past and present, to get to the root cause of your symptoms and learn your body’s unique needs.

  • Oh yes - this is EXACTLY what this program is for. I specialize in women’s hormone health and optimizing nutrition to support its delicate balance.

  • Yes and no. I don’t believe in providing a set meal plan for you to follow for breakfast, lunch, and dinner because it can feel restricting and overwhelming. But I know you need guidance, which is why I provide a loose framework and recipes so you know what to fuel your body with throughout the day without feeling like you have to eat within the confines of a set meal plan or measure out ingredients.

  • My clients report feeling lighter, brighter, significantly less bloated, and have more energy after working with me.

    Based on individual goals, results may look like — painless periods, improved cholesterol markers, better digestion, getting pregnant (!), or losing the weight gained from hormonal imbalances and life stressors.

  • This program is 3-months; however, most clients work with me for an average of 6-8 months.

    Once you complete the initial program, you have the option to continue your program on a month-to-month basis or enroll in our Sustain program.

  • Yes, I offer follow-up packages at a reduced rate or single sessions to all of my past clients.

  • I’m obligated to follow individual state laws and regulations with regard to nutritional advice. Based on where you’re located, my program options and what’s included in your package may vary - particularly with regard to supplement recommendations and lab testing.
